Baywood Townhomes are 14 single family homes that are for affordable housing. They were purchased with funds from the City of Palm Bay and Florida Community Home Fund. The homes will be renovated as part of this purchase.
By using local contractors, volunteer groups and church groups Community of Hope is anticipating renovating the property with a new roof, hurricane protection, and upgrading some kitchens, flooring and painting. Repairs recommended by the building inspector will be completed.
Renovation
Community of Hope has kept its commitment to improve these homes. The 2005 roof was removed and replaced. The AC systems are being updated. Worn-out ducting is being replaced. Special thanks go to Baird Air and Heart Roofing for all their efforts.
Thanks to 321 Brevard - Day of Compassion the outside landscaping and fencing was repaired. The property looks amazing.

One of the units needed a complete remodel. the kitchen was from 1986, the rugs needed to be removed, the bathrooms need repair, and it needs to be painted.
