Our Mission

Our Vision:

To transform lives with Hope and Dignity

Our Mission

Build hope and healthy families through a helping hand program of structured housing. Allow families with children to remain together in a safe and decent living environment so that they may grow strong, become self-reliant, transform their lives, and crush the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Our Values

The Community of Hope Board Values:

• Fostering self-reliance
• Drug-free homes
• Education for children
• Healthy, safe, and affordable homes

We do not discriminate based on age, race, color, sex, gender, national origin, religion or disability.

What We Do

Community of Hope serves homeless families who have children by providing a variety housing options in an effort to move families from homelessness to self sufficiency.

Why the Kitchen Table Matters

At Community of Hope, we believe a home is more than four walls – it’s a place where families reconnect, heal, and build a brighter future together.

That’s why one of the most meaningful items we provide when a family moves into their new home is a kitchen table.

A kitchen table is where families gather to share meals, celebrate milestones, help with homework, play games, tell stories, and simply spend time together. It becomes the heart of the home – a place where memories are made, relationships are strengthened, and children feel a sense of belonging.

For many of the families we serve, this is the first time they have had a space to truly call their own. A simple kitchen table represents so much more than furniture; it represents stability, connection, dignity, and hope.

Everything we do at Community of Hope is centered on helping families build lasting independence. By providing safe, affordable housing and the support they need to succeed, we help create homes where families can thrive – and where life’s most meaningful moments begin around the kitchen table.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7: “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children.  Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
