Community of Hope began with a group of people united by one simple but powerful belief: no child should be without a safe and secure place to call home.
What began as an effort to provide transitional housing for families experiencing homelessness in Brevard County grew into something much greater. As we listened to families, recognized gaps in services, and saw the changing needs of our community, our mission expanded alongside them.
Today, Community of Hope is about more than providing housing. We walk alongside families as they work toward stability, independence, and a brighter future. Through housing, supportive services, case management, homelessness prevention, outreach, and connections to community resources, we strive to meet families where they are and help them take the next step forward.
Growing With Our Community
Over the years, Community of Hope has continued to grow—not simply in the number of families we serve, but in the ways we are able to serve them.
Every new program, housing opportunity, partnership, and resource has been developed with the same purpose that started it all: to help families move from uncertainty to stability while being treated with hope, dignity, and compassion.
Our journey has been made possible because of a community that believes in this mission alongside us. Donors, volunteers, churches, businesses, community partners, grant funders, staff, and countless supporters have helped open doors that once seemed impossible.
Behind every milestone is a family. Behind every number is a person. And behind every success is a story of perseverance, opportunity, and hope.
